  • Hypochlorous Acid Facial Cleanser

    ~$17 for 8 oz. bottle

This has been my #1 lifeline during TSW. It is gentle enough to use all day (and night) and on sensitive areas like my oozing eyelids. It kills bacteria that can exacerbate itch (courtesy of hypochlorous acid) and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. I noticed a signficant reduction in itch since using this product. It does not sting but hat depends on how raw your skin is so just a heads up.

  • Hypochlorous Acid Body Spray

    ~$17 for 8 oz. bottle

My #2 lifeline during TSW as it has the same benefits of the Facial Cleanser but for the rest of my body. Especially helpful for stubborn infected areas in-between showering/bathing.

  • Compression Gloves - 2 Pair

    $10 for 2 pairs

My hands were absolutely s-h-r-e-d-d-e-d and swollen. These gloves gave me so much relief and independence... I only wish I knew about them earlier. They protect from irritants and relieve pain during hand flares specifically on the palm. Make sure to take your measurements!

  • Dead Sea salt for bath eczema and topical steroid withdrawal essential

    Minera Dead Sea Salt

    ~$25 for 5 lbs

Transform dreaded bath time into an indulgent experience with this blend of pure sea salts. I trust this brand because it’s sourced from the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea's southern end where the mineral content of the water is at its highest, Unlike others on the market, this bath salt has not been mineral-depleted or blended with other salts.

  • Frida Mom Disposable Nursing Pads with Ultra Absorbency

    ~$8 for 60 count

Shout out to my mom for recommending this product. It is a very sensible, affordable and hygienic solution if you’re dealing with oozing nipples. These disposable pads make it easy to change out as frequently as you need and you can save your bras while you’re at it! Unlike gauze or paper towels, your healing skin will not stick to these. The material used is suited for sensitive skin. :)

  • Graphene Face and Chin Mask

    ~$10

My face was/is so swollen during TSW due to constant inflammation and a family of swollen lymph nodes that’s taken residence in my neck, jaw and on the sides of my face. I started using this mask because I personally like the added pressure/compression. I recommend this product to anyone dealing with facial swelling. The fabric is also safe for sensitive skin and she’s washable!

Pro Tip: If you’re dealing with ooze especially along your chin/sideburn area, line this mask with nursing pads to absorb the moisture.

  • Ice Pack Head Wrap

    ~$15

This is an alternative to the face/chin mask. If you are suffering from severe facial flares, I recommend this product because well... for obvious reasons lol It will greatly alleviate the pain while adding some extra pressure/compression. This helps with falling asleep if you struggle with that. The downside is waking up to a lukewarm sweaty icepack that might cause more itchiess. So this might be better suited for limited daytime use.

Pro Tip: If you’re dealing with ooze especially along your chin/sideburn area, line this mask with nursing pads to absorb the moisture.

  • ProBliva Fungus Shampoo

~$25 for 8 fl oz (a lil goes a looong way)

My scalp was insatiably itchy during the early days of TSW until I found this product. There was a night and day difference after my first use. I’m not even kidding. I went from having to wash my scalp every other day to going weeks before needing to wash again. I only wish I found this product sooner as I could have avoided some hair loss.

  • 100% Human Hair Clip In Bangs

    ~$15

Speaking of hair loss… this one is for the girlies who’ve lost hair around the hairline during TSW. For a confidence boost, I think this is a pretty good bang for your buck (hehe). And if someone can see the track, they’re standing too close to you :) I wore this to my sister’s wedding and no one was the wiser but I felt much better. Sometimes it’s the small things…

  • 13 Inch Claw Clip Ponytail Extension

    ~$18

Who doesn’t love a CLIP ON pony… need I say more? Perfect for those struggling with hair loss, she has been my go-to for everyday outings. She’s also synthetic but I must admit… I’m obsessed.

  • MaryRuth's Liquid Multivitamin + Lustriva Hair Growth Vitamins

    ~$67

While your hair grows back (because it will) I recommend this multivitamin for overall health and wellbeing. She is pricey but worth it. A healthy serving of Vitamin D and Biotin, this product quickly became apart of my morning routine. Mix it in with a smoothie or be like me and raw dawg it straight from the bottle. Honestly, it’s an acquired taste but it’s more appetizing when you know it’s 100% good for you. Ages 18+

  • Kiara Sky Mini Color Dip Starter Kit

    ~$40

Protect your skin by protecting your nails, girlfriend. I’m a big believer in this specific system because a) it’s less damaging than acrylic and gel, b) your nails will do less damage to your skin because they’re less sharp, (c) your nails will look super cute, (d) this kit is all you’ll need/ no annoying drying time/LED light and (e) this investment will last you a loooong time and save you money at the nail shop.

  • Reusable Gel Ice Pack

    ~$14

When you’re going through a flare and your skin is on fire, there’s nothing like a cold compress. While this one is designed to treat your neck and shoulders, I find this shape works for other body parts too i.e legs. I recommend buying at least 2; one or two to use and one to keep in the freezer.

Pro Tip: If you’re oozing, stick a few nursing pads on this bad boy to absorb moisture and keep the ice pack clean.

  • USDA Organic Lymphatic Drainage Supplement

    ~$25

If you’ve noticed swollen lymph nodes during TSW, I cannot recommend this product enough. Echinacea, Elderberry, Dandelion, Rosehip, Cleavers, Calendula, Burdock - all conveniently crafted in 1. Strengthen your immune system with the help of herbs. Nature’s gift to us.

  • Foldable Mini Trampoline

    ~$130

Since we’re on the topic of lymphatic drainage, I highly recommend rebound exercising. I love killing three birds with one stone and that’s exactly what you’ll do by jumping on a trampoline. Shake off stress, exercise and stimulate your lymphatic system. I especially love this one because she’s foldable!

  • Red Light Therapy Lamp

    ~$70

A moment to woo-sah. I’m a big fan of this specific light for a few reasons. You might already be aware but red light therapy aids in skin and hair rejuvenation. Many TSW warriors swear by it! This model is adjustable and is much better than the panel version in my humble opinion. You can set this lamp over your bed and put on a timer. Not only does this aid in sleep, you can relax knowing you’re also helping your skin heal and promoting hair growth.
